CAFESJIAN ACCUSES FORMER EMPLOYEE IN THEFT
- The former head of West Publishing Company Gerard Cafesjian accused his longtime employee of stealing millions of dollars from him and his company, American Star Tribune reports.
Gerard Cafesjian, 86, who lives in Naples, Fla., filed a federal lawsuit in St Paul. This was a response lawsuit to former employee John J. Waters Junior, 55.
It is stated in Waters' lawsuit that Casesjian became more paranoid, mean and vindictive by age and deprived him $5 million from his salary.
Cafesjian on his turn states in his lawsuit that Waters stole from him $3 million taking advantage from the fact that Cafesjian trusted him.
