WHO WILL BE REMOVED AFTER SERZH SARGSYAN
- All the political forces of Armenia seem to have joined against one, the Republican Party. The representative of the Supreme Body of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Armen Rustamyan, announced that the initiative to eliminate single-member districts is a platform for consensus and only the Republicans would not come to terms. Even the Armenian National Congress and the ARF Dashnaktsutyun which do not spare sarcasm and criticism for each other seem to have come together for proportional representation.In other words, the Republican Party, or Serzh Sargsyan, is alone though Bargavach Hayastan Party has not announced officially and will not do it till it is convinced that Serzh Sargsyan's resignation will depend on its statement. In that case, the BHP will officially join everyone, first of all trying to establish its dominant role.But will the other forces, such as the Armenian National Congress, accept its dominance? After all, the last drop in the cup of removal of Serzh Sargsyan will be the first drop in the next cup. The main concern of the political forces is the content of the next cup. And everyone wants to empty the previous cup through one another to be able to fill the next at their discretion.The question is who will be removed the next.This issue is in the air because the participants of the initiative have not announced about their visions and approaches outside the elimination of the proportional representation. The point is when it will be time to announce clearly, it will be obvious what a colorful and controversial community has emerged and what scramble will start inside this community when the time of forming the government comes.There is a subtlety which indicates that the option "everyone against Serzh Sargsyan" has also advantages for Serzh Sargsyan besides the dangers. Meanwhile, the main issue of Armenia now is the new government. It opens up an opportunity to form a government. Meanwhile, the main issue of Armenia is the new government, who and where will form it, in the public administration system or in the street.When everyone comes together for proportional representation, there is only one thing Serzh Sargsyan can do - form a government in the public administration system - before government is formed outside this system. As to the new government, Serzh Sargsyan must rely on new people and outlook based on constitutionality and legality, otherwise everything will be in vain. The one who forms government the first will win this domestic process.When everyone gets together, having fundamental controversies regarding the next government, they can hinder not only Serzh Sargsyan but also one another.Meanwhile, no one seems to hinder Serzh Sargsyan inside and he gets an opportunity to form government. By the way, Bargavach Hayastan seems to be aware of this chance so it would not leave the coalition, knowing that it will set Serzh Sargsyan free. HAKOB BADALYAN
