AS OF 3 O’CLOCK TURNOUT IS 53.08 PERCENT
The chair of the CEC Sergey Nasibyan released information about the turnout of voters as of 3 o’clock. 48 494 out of 91 180 voters have voted, which is 53.08 percent. The highest rate was reported at the NKR permanent representation to Yerevan where 100 percent of voters have already voted.
The turnout of voters in Shahumyan was 73.13 percent, in Askeran 70.26 percent, in Hadrut 62.28 percent, in Martakert 61.77 percent, in Shushi 60.92 percent, in Kashatagh 52.8 percent, in Martuni 50.43, in Stepanakert 41.65.
The CEC got 9 complaints from the election headquarters of Masis Mayilyan. “The CEC has already responded to 6, the others are being studied,” Sergey Nasibyan said.
