ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT IN THE ROLE OF TEN LITTLE NEGROES

It is quite normal why the law enforcers were so kind towards the grassroots of the Republican and Bargavach Hayastan parties involved in the clash, and they only took them to the police department and scolded them. At the police department they found out that the skirmish between the devotees of the parties had an ideological motive. Maybe they had been unable to come to agreement over the issue of preservation of the species, and the police conveyed to them that species is preserved through species, and set them free. But the police could not answer the questions of grassroots how exactly the species preserves the species. It is already beyond the police to answer this question because in order to know the answer it is necessary to learn first about the relation of the species known by the names Republican Party and Bargavach Hayastan Party.
Generally, there is nobody in Armenia who can tell definitely if the Republicans and Bargavach Hayastan are competing really, or it is an imitation meant to mislead the community, both the international and the local, and to guarantee a relatively smooth reproduction. Everyone believes that Robert Kocharyan can answer this question. However, there is no need to be surprised if someone says that Robert Kocharyan does not know either if Bargavach Hayastan and the Republicans are opponents or friends. Robert Kocharyan, like the grassroots of both parties, is tormented by uncertainty over this question. If he were to decide, he would declare them friends, make them say I do, and they would live happily ever after. In this case, however, he would not know who would be in what capacity. One may wonder who else makes decisions if Kocharyan does not make decisions. Maybe Serge Sargsyan, or Andranik Margaryan and Gagik Tsarukyan? Or maybe Vardan Oskanyan? But in this case Vanush Khanamiryan or Albert Azaryan might as well make decisions.
At least none of the persons enumerated above can assure their teams that they control at least a major part of the process. The point is that in this case they would have to explain to the close and remote grassroots why it happened so. Why the generals decided to become members of parliament, why necessity occurred suddenly to set up Bargavach Hayastan, why Arman Sahakyan was not elected to municipality, why Aghvan Hovsepyan did not say how many trees he planted, why Shahen Hovasapyan’s murder has not been exposed yet, and why ten years later they brought charges against MP Hakob Hakobyan. Who can tell why? Nobody.
The Armenian government has appeared in the role of ten little Negroes. One after the other the “Negroes” disappear, and nobody can understand how, why and by whom. And the most terrible thing is that they cannot understand why. The team, which used to be solid, are now divided by struggle, and cannot understand the reason why. Everyone knows only that they want to survive and they feel that the only way is to exterminate the “species”. For the team, it is much easier. They will be taken to the police department and explained something that will sustain them for at least a few weeks. But who will take the “coaches” of the team to the department? The lower know that there is someone overhead, the upper do now know what there is overhead. They would even be happy to go to the department and get an explanation, they would even agree to stay much longer at the department, but there is not the man who would dare to take them there. And they do not have the power to go on their own, even if they have, they will not go because thus they will show that they are not the taker, they are the goer. Meanwhile, in the Armenian government the verb “to go” is something like voodoo. On hearing this word they cross themselves in the government corridors. They even do not go home from work to show to people that they work day and night, but in reality they fear that they will not come back once they go. No, the only way is to take: either they take their grassroots, or the grassroots take them.
