DEPICTION OF MAY 12 VOTING

On the day of the parliamentary election May 12 a zigzag trajectory of developments is expected. At least this day appears such to Manuk Gasparyan, who heads the ticket of the Democratic Way Party. He says the first half an hour after the voting starts will be calm, which will be followed by an outbreak of electoral fraud. “Some election frauds are addicted to it, and cannot do without fraud. It is like drug addiction. They have practiced election fraud for 13 or 14 years. And they work with any party if they pay. Some frauds will go too far. And since the government, the pro-government parties will be controlling the election, there will be a scandal, in half an hour or an hour these hotbeds will diminish,” Manuk Gasparyan says.
However, after 3 or 4 o’clock n the evening, according to Manuk Gasparyan, when the government learns from the results of the exit poll that the estimated 20, 30 or 40 percent were not attained, there will be an order “to resort to fraud notwithstanding the foreign sanctions, the danger of suspension of financing of the MCA. Because they will face loss of their offices,” says Manuk Gasparyan.
