ALL-ARMENIAN MOVEMENT EXPECTS 20, AT LEAST 10 PERCENT

The All-Armenian Movement expects to get 20 percent votes in the next parliamentary election, stated Aram Manukyan, member of the administration of the All-Armenian Movement March 19 at the Friday Club. He said if the liberal forces unite, they will get much more, even the majority of the votes. This time, however, with the electoral fraud, Aram Manukyan thinks his political party will get 20 percent. He expects at least 10 percent. Aram Manukyan’s expectations are based on his meetings with people. The member of the AAM administration says there is no more hatred among people. According to Aram Manukyan, there is indifference, but it is general and towards all the political parties.
The All-Armenian Movement intends to solve the problem of election campaign with less money because it does not possess immense funds. Aram Manukyan says they will go from house to house, they may print black and white booklets, but they believe that the society will appreciate their democratic liberal ideas because even the old people in Armenia are liberal. Everyone can see that by placing the idea of historical justice at the heart of its state policy Armenia has appeared in a deadlock and regional isolation, Aram Manukyan says. He says Member of Parliament Armen Ashotyan is childish, who stated a few days ago that the regional infrastructures of Armenia do not have importance. Aram Manukyan says Armenia has derailed from normal development and is drifting against the universal values of coexistence.
Therefore, the core of the election campaign of the All-Armenian Movement will be peace, integration and open borders.
