DUAL NATIONALITY WOULD HELP UNITE HUMAN RESOURCE

Armen Rustamyan, representative of the ARF Supreme Body, says dual nationality has considerable security potential. Armen Rustamyan thinks that by granting citizenship to Diasporans we can use the potential of the Armenians living outside Armenia. However, even without citizenship many Diasporans make investments in Armenia or contribute to Armenia in different ways. “It is the potential of the given person, the potential is the united force of everyone. Is Turkey potential with 80 million or 8 million? These are different, aren’t they? This is the point. Individuals, of course, make part of this potential, but they do not replace the entire potential.”
