SERGE SARGSYAN DISAPPOINTED

About an hour ago Serge Sargsyan addressed the National Assembly and the people. Serge Sargsyan was first of all expected to declare amnesty. The ex-foreign minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanyan stated about its possibility in yesterday’s news conference, as well as several members of parliament. However, Serge Sargsyan did not declare amnesty. Generally, the address was highly uncertain. Serge Sargsyan uttered nothing definite about the Armenian and Turkish relations and other important issues. Although it was expected that being the first one the address would be more substantial and even sensational.
