DEMAND FOR LAW AND ORDER AT PENITENTIARIES

Basic human rights continue to be violated at the penitentiaries of the ministry of justice of Armenia, in particular, provocations against the political prisoners have become continuous. We urge and demand that the minister of justice Gevorg Danielyan honors and demands honoring of human rights at penitentiaries. We are going to pursue any provocation that will be organized and perpetrated by different criminal marionettes. Minister Gevorg Danielyan is responsible for breach of laws, violation of human rights at penitentiaries. Evidence to this is the recently revealed footage which exposes the atmosphere and mores at penitentiaries. We demand that Minister Gevorg Danielyan takes immediate action to establish law and order and application of laws at penitentiaries which are in his jurisdiction.
