15TH ANNIVERSARY OF NKR FOREIGN MINISTRY

Today a consultation devoted to the 15th anniversary of establishment of the foreign ministry of NKR was held at the conference hall of the NKR government. On this occasion the delegation of the foreign ministry of Armenia had arrived in Stepanakert. The NKR Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan addressed the conference. He dwelled on the way the foreign ministry of NKR has passed and the problems it is facing. He described the ministry as one of the main links in strengthening the democratic bases of the development of the Artsakh society. The main goal of the NKR foreign policy is the recognition of the independence of NKR for which there is a political, historical and legal basis. The second president of NKR and the first foreign minister Arkady Ghukasyan, and the speaker of the National Assembly who also was minister of foreign affairs spoke about the achievements and objectives of the NKR foreign ministry, the department of information and public relations of the NKR government reports.
