Finally, there were also moods like who knows what may happen. Actually, the growth was reported but I know from my contacts with business, especially with small businesses, there was tax terror, there was terror in the direct sense of the word,” Andranik Tevanyan says. As to the growth of the number of tourists, he thinks perhaps the European diplomats arrived often in the first quarter, and official statistics counted them among tourists.
