WHO WILL REPLACE ARTHUR BAGHDASARYAN
When the leader of the Orinats Yerkir Party, the leader of the faction of this party Arthur Baghdasaryan is appointed secretary of the security council, he must resign from parliament. On April 11 the reporters asked the deputy leader of the Orinats Yerkir Party Mher Shahgeldyan who will replace Arthur Baghdasaryan as leader of the faction, and who will take up Arthur Baghdasaryan’s mandate in parliament. Mher Shahgeldyan said the work of the leader of the parliament faction is performed by the secretary of the faction Heghine Bisharyan, who, according to Mher Shahgeldyan, is one of the most active members of parliaments of the Orinats Yerkir Party. Although Mher Shahgeldyan did not state directly that Heghine Bisharyan will become head of the faction, nevertheless it follows from his answer. As to the mandate, the ninth on the ticket is Khachik Harutiunyan who is not from the capital, and as Mher Shahgeldyan says, he has state thinking. Mher Shahgeldyan declined to tell where Khachik Harutiunyan is from.
