KOCHARYAN HAD A FAREWELL MEETING WITH SECURITY AGENCIES
The press office of the president reports that today Robert Kocharyan had a farewell meeting with the leaderships of the ministries of defense, foreign affairs, justice, the Police and the National Security Service. The president described the past ten years as years of establishment of these agencies, and asserted that the establishment of the state is indivisible from the establishment of these services. Robert Kocharyan thanked for effective collaboration and their personal contribution to the establishment of the state. Addressing the present, the head of state said: “You head structures which are responsible for the security of the country and people, for law and order, the international reputation of the state, and we may be sure to state that in this sense the issues you are in charge of have been mostly solved, although there is no limit of perfection, and we all are aware that there is a lot to do.” The president also said hopeful that they will have a powerful inner compulsion to work better in future, to reach greater achievements, to enhance the security of the country and people. According to Robert Kocharyan, Armenia has a bright future, and the president elect has every possibility for ruling effectively.
