WILL THE LORD GET TO KARABAKH?
The PACE session that started April 16 will discuss the visit of Russell Johnston, chair of the subcommittee on Karabakh, to Nagorno Karabakh. The time of the visit has not been set yet. The issue of the territories “hinders” setting the time. This question is supposed to be solved in an informal meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations to the PACE.
During the visit Lord Russell Johnston will be accompanied by Mikko Elo and George Colombier, representatives of the PACE Monitoring Committee for Armenia, and Andres Herkel and Tony Lloyd, PACE Monitoring Committee representatives for Azerbaijan.
