PRE-ELECTION SALE IN STEPANAKERT
An interesting process is underway in Stepanakert. Small and big enterprises or buildings are sold. Some time ago the public learned that the equipment of dry milk production of the Milk Factory and the Wheat Flour Factory were put out to sale. Recently it became known that the Civil Service and State Archive have left the central avenue of Stepanakert. Their premises have been sold to famous people to open shops.
