COE SECRETARY GENERAL CONSIDERS CHANGE OF BORDERS POSSIBLE
In an interview with the Public Television of Armenia Speaker Tigran Torosyan commented on the statement of the CoE Secretary General Terry Davis on the possibility of change of the international border. “In answer to the question on Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity Terry Davis stated that they honor the principle of territorial integrity, however, territorial integrity works as long as the United Nations decides on recognizing the independence of a country through a change of borders,” Tigran Torosyan said.
