MAJORITY IS FOR PROPORTIONAL SYSTEM
The Vox Populi center of public opinion survey published the results of an on line poll September 27 on eliminating the majority system of election. The poll was conducted from August 31 to September 27. 733 people participated in the poll.
“What is you attitude to elections under the majority system and parliamentary election by party tickets?” 733 people answered this question. 53 percent said the majority system of election should be eliminated. 20 percent are against it elimination. 14 percent said they are indifferent and 13 percent found it difficult to answer.
