REPUBLICAN PARTY NOMINATES DISGRACED FORMER YEREVAN MAYOR
- Guess who has garnered tenth spot on the ruling Republican Party's proportional electoral ballot - no other than former Yerevan mayor Gagik Beglaryan.

Beglaryan was forced to resign for assaulting a presidential advisor.
When asked about the nomination of Beglaryan, Republican Party parliamentary faction head Gagik Sahakyan (photo; left), said that "no one is perfect, being neither gods nor devils".
