- Centaur Hippotherapy and Horse riding Center is happy to invite you to a charitable event, the 4th Annual Day of Centaur - Day of Harmony with Human, Horse and Nature!
As every year, we will celebrate it at our hippotherapy center in the village of Ushi, Aragatsotn region, on November 6. Here we practice hippotherapy for mentally and physically handicapped children (www.centaur.am ).
What is waiting for you at that day: Fresh air, our 7 horses and pony - you can feed them with apples and carrots and ride them; our 8 absolutely friendly dogs; plenty of stones and paints - use your imagination and create an artwork out of simple stones; guitar; rosehip and mint tea; food - canapés and this sort of stuff for tea, by tradition only vegetarian; and of course SANGRIA!!! (wine with fruits) - already a symbol of the Day of Centaur!
We have a big tent, a cozy trailer and a bamboo arbor to sit at.
How to get to us: If you do not have your own transport, a bus will be waiting for you at 11 am on November 6, on Kievyan Street, on the opposite side of shoe shop Roberto which will take you to the village Ushi and will bring you back to Yerevan at around 5-6 pm. One round trip ticket costs 1000 drams per person (children till 7 years old travel for free).

As every year we will have a DONATION BOX where you can put money for our horses and dogs. Many of you know that we organize a fundraising to buy the venue we practice hippotherapy at and save our center from being closed. This year's fundraising will go to the sum we already gathered. Those of you who would like to participate in the fundraising can bring their donation that day and either put them in the donation box or give it to us directly in the envelope with the name of the donator so that we could gratefully add you to our list of donators!
