RELEASE THE GUY!
- Arshak Banouchyan, Deputy Director of the Matendaran who was arrested in connection with the case examined under the proceedings of the Special Investigative Service, has been released, and the precautionary measure against him has been replaced by a signature on not leaving the republic. The motion for changing the precautionary measure was submitted by Stepan Voskanyan, A. Bounachyan’s lawyer. Let’s note that A. Bounachyan was charged under Section 1 Article 225 of the Criminal Code (organizing mass disorders).
