MEETING
The meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamediarov will take place on August 1 in Moscow. Representative of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim gave this information saying, “At the moment the negotiations are based on the Madrid proposals made by OSCE Minsk group co-Chairmen.”
