WITHOUT BREACHES

According to the arrangement made before with Nagorno Karabakh authorities, OSCE mission conducted an extra-ordinary observation near village Yusifjanly of Aghdam region, on the border zone of NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces. No cease-fire breach has been recorded. Nevertheless the representative of NKR Foreign Ministry accompanying OSCE mission brought the attention of the observation group to the fact that the observed territory has not been burnt, as Azerbaijan has reported a day before.
