Need to act ASAP to teach these trouble makers the lesson of their life, sending all of the head supporters of LTP to prison in ARMENIA not in La Hague, they probably will be better treated their .they shoudn't enjoy the comfortable prisons of a political prisoner.

Must check this guy's background to find if he's not a foreign agent... He seems to be an LTP active cell member getting FUNDS from abroad to destablize Armenia. Any person -with no exception- found under this violation of National Security must face MILITARY court. LTP SEEMS a good candidate too. ARMENIA MUST ADOPT A LAW LIKE TURKEY. WHOEVER INSULTS ARMENIANISM MUST FACE PUNISHMENT TO FULL EXTENT OF LAW.

He's the father-in-law of LTP, so isn't that enough for him to be considered a 'foreign agent' as you said?

Why doesn't the gov. through all these LTP people out of the country?
Definitely, LTP and Shahnazarian can be charged with defamation.

They can be charged with everything, but do not forget the uproar, which will be the result of that action and it will definitely not sit well with the authorities in the country. LTP clearly has some strong backing in the West, and it won't be that easy to throw him out of the country or throw him into jail. If Armenia is receiving so much unnecessary criticism of its so-calld human rights violations, then imagine the criicism (the least) that will come out of ousting LTP and his thugs. Unfortunatelly, it's easier said than done at his point, but if there is another incident like March 1, I think that the authorities should charge him with murder and treason, among many other things.
I say the present day autorities are the real democrats in this because if this occurred in other countries, LTP would have been in jail long time ago. So much for the "totalitarian, authoritarian, clanish, murderous, dictators" as some call RK & SS.

"It is the obligation of the applicant to prove the charges"
It's interesting how selectively this applies in Armenia. When it concerns demonstrators or simple passers by on March 1st that have been detained illegally for 5 months now, it is they who have to prove their innocence. Everybody jumped the gun in accusing opposition supporters, MPs and politicians of organizing March 1st thefts and property damages, but today's court cases prove they had nothing to do with the hooligans.

Further, there are numerous cases of people simply being detained and essentially having to prove they didn't participate in any of the "mass disturbances" on March 1st, even though law enforcement agents in their turn have no evidence. It goes both ways, Mr. Mkhitaryan. Deal with it.
