BY-ELECTION
As you are already informed, after Henrik Abrahamyan’s resignation the Central Election Commission made a decision to hold a by-election in constituency No. 17 on the 24th of August.
The parliamentary candidates of constituency No. 17 are required to submit relevant documents to the constituency commission till June 15, 18:00 p.m.
Four parliamentary factions including “Heritage”, ARFD, “Rule of Law” and “Prosperous Armenia” are not going to nominate a candidate. As to the Republican, yesterday the party convened a session of the executive board to decide on a proper candidate.
