According to Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan: “The continuous bellicose announcements made by Azerbaijan is intended for internal consumption. Despite the great financial means allocated to Azerbaijani Army Armenian Armed Forces are good in quality.”
Besides guarding the borders Armenian Armed Forces perform military duties as well.
