46 CRIMINAL CASES SENT TO THE COURT

In the framework of the criminal cases under the investigation of RA Special Investigative Service, as of May 6, 58 detainees are under preliminary detention and other precautionary measures, that have nothing to do with detention, are chosen for 28 accused, for the attempts to usurp power, organization and instigation of mass disorder and violence towards the authorities on March 1-2.
One person, D. Aghayan has been arrested under the suspicion of using not dangerous violence toward the representative of the ruling power.
As of May 6, 37 criminal cases, regarding 38 persons, have been sent to the court by the Special Investigative Service and 9 criminal cases regarding 9 persons – by the National Security Service (in general 46 criminal cases regarding 47 persons.)
