OBLIVIOUS STYOPA
Yesterday the representative of “Heritage” parliamentary faction Styopa Safaryan announced that allegedly due to Raffi Hovhannisyan’s mediation Ter-Petrosyan agreed to have a dialogue with Serge Sargsyan, but the latter refused to have a dialogue. To clarify the reality we applied to the presidential press secretary, where they said: “It is evident that S. Safaryan is oblivious of the processes. If he takes pains to ask Raffi Hovhannisyan, the latter will definitely tell him what has happened in reality.”
