FIRST APPOINTMENTS
According to the decree of President Serge Sargsyan, yesterday Colonel-General Seyran Ohanyan was discharged from the position of the First Assistant to the Minister of the State Defense of the Armed Forces General Headquarter and appointed as Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
By another decree of the President, Edward Nalbandyan was discharged from the position of Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France and appointed as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
