Neutral MP Victor Dallakyan proposes to set up a political council headed by the country’s President, which will represent all the weighty political powers – both pro-oppositional and pro-governmental. “We must pass a law about setting up a social palace in Armenia, like in Russia, which will represent the intellectual cream of the state. The latter will implement certain programs linked with the problems faced by our country,” he said yesterday.
According to the MP we must make amendments in the Electoral Code, to make a transition to 100% proportional electoral system. ”I also propose S. Sargsyan to set up institutes of the first and second Presidents and to use their experience for the country’s development,” Victor Dallakyan underscored.
