A NEW “HYDE PARK” MIGHT BE OPENED IN YEREVAN

“If the mechanisms of responsibility become accomplished, and the people are convinced that lies will be punished by all means, and any true material contained in publications will have its logical solution, i.e. receive a legal assessment, we’ll have made a very serious step towards the accomplishment of civil society.
And maybe in that case the lie and misinformation voiced from demonstration platforms will have no demand in our society. Maybe, we’ll open another British “Hyde Park” in Yerevan so as anyone who wants to give vent to his feelings may rise to the platform and say anything that passes through his mind, without being held accountable,” ARTAK DAVTYAN is convinced.
