ONE UPRISING AGAINST ANOTHER
According to SEYRAN AVAGYAN, “The movement of the radical opposition was headed by a person who was silent and absent for ten years. Whereas, in 1996 the opposition was waging an everyday political battle; its words were perceivable to the people, and there was no time-break.
In 1996 the opposition candidate received 43 vs. 21 percent of votes; but he wasn’t elected and remained in the constructive field. Why did he do so? Because he clearly knew what to do, and the way of the evolutionary development was visible. If a task is set to send away the ‘Tatar-Mongols’ from our state, this is nothing more than an uprising against an uprising.”
