RUSSIA TO CONTINUE
The report of RF Foreign Ministry on the results of the discussion during the UN General Assembly regarding the resolution on the settlement of Karabakh conflict ran: in conjunction with the USA and France, Russia is “ready to continue the active mediation of OSCE Minsk group co-chairs”, to bring to an end the agreement on the fundamental principles of the regulation of Karabakh conflict.
OCSE co-Chair countries – Russia, the USA and France voted against the bill.
“In the joint announcement regarding the motives of the voting, they have argued their positions by the fact that the step made by Azerbaijan was unilateral, untimely and not effective. Azerbaijan has been informed about this position many times and on different levels.” RF Foreign Ministry reports.

Today in Armenian history- 1839 Hakobos Bishop Serobian was elected Patriarch of Constantinople. He led the movement against Protestantism and encouraged the national movement against the amira. He supported the Skyootar Gymnasium.
