ELECTIONS END IN A SINGLE STAGE
With the purpose of tabulating the election results, the Central Electoral Commission is using an unprecedented software system which generalizes the protocol results transferred from all the 1923 electoral precincts.
As of 01:00 a.m., the votes were distributed in the following proportionality: Arthur Baghdasaryan – 27665, Artashes Geghamyan - 697, Tigran Karapetyan – 960, Aram Haroutyunyan – 332, Vahan Hovhannisyan –11755, Vazgen Manoukyan – 967, Arman Melikyan – 494, Serge Sargsyan – 123282, Levon Ter-Petrosyan – 29200.
Thus, everything testifies to the fact that the elections will end in a single stage, with Serge Sargsyan being the winner.
