THERE ARE ALL THE PRECONDITIONS TO WIN
- In the framework of his pre-election campaign, Prime Minister, presidential candidate Serge Sargsyan visited Aragatsotny Province, yesterday.
In Tsakhkahovit community RPA leader encouraged the voters who came to meet with him, to make a sober-minded election. “With your votes you are going to choose Armenia’s future development. Remember that it is the authorities that are responsible for the country’s security and other important issues, during the period between the elections. But during the elections it is the people who shoulder the responsibility of the right election, because Armenian citizens use their power to elect Armenia’s President, who, on their behalf leads the country for five years. That is why it is a very accountable step to make right election. “
Serge Sargsyan underscored that some presidential candidates do their best to destabilize the situation. They are trying to create tension in the country’s internal life, to create enmity between friends, throw mud on everyone. “For me this attitude is objectionable. Let them suffer from their own poison. I also can’t accept the attitude of choosing between the bad and the worst during February 19 elections.
With your votes you must choose between those, who due to unprofessional governing led the country to crises, and the one who has been productive and responsible, in all the positions he has held. The choice is yours. You must use your power in the right way,” the Prime Minister underscored.
At midday the Republican Presidential candidate represented his pre-election program to the voters of town Aparan. S. Sargsyan underscored that unification, heroism and the spirit of a winner is especially typical of these people: “ You are the sons of the heroes, who won a victory in Bash-Aparan heroic battle, 90 years back. Due to your unification and heroism you also managed to gain victory during Artsakh liberation war.
“Victory” means to manage to protect your country from your enemies and to reject the evil. But unfortunately, for some people “victory” means to come to power at all cost. For me this victory is unacceptable, because you will never show good results with wickedness.”
What did the victory of RPA during the parliamentary elections give?
“As a result of that victory, pensioners are getting higher pension, people have stronger authorities, and essential progress has been recorded in social spheres. We will gain similar victories during the forthcoming elections as well. And this victory will return to the people, in the form of welfare, no poverty, new working places, qualified educational and health system. We will win, because there are all the preconditions to win. With the result of our work and our achievements we have proved that victory is not only a mere desire for us.”
The Prime Minister had meetings in Kuchak, Hartavan, Ohanavan, Karby, Agarak, Aghdsk, Byurakan, Aragatsavan, Arteny, Baroj, communities and villages populated by yizids (national minority in Armenia). The last meeting of the day was in town Talin, in which voters from Mastara, Dashtadem, Tsamakasar, Bazmaberd, Areg, Suser, Nerkin Artik and Zarinja also participated.
S. Sargsyan expressed belief that Talin people will vote for powerful and protected Armenia, because they can’t choose weakness and wickedness.
“On February 19 each of the candidates will get the results of their work. Those who have sowed kind seeds they will gain kindness, those who threw mud on others they themselves will become muddy.”
The presidential candidate said, the people of Talin who have cherished the country’s nostalgia in their hearts must vote for the powerful Armenia, the dream of our ancestors: “Otherwise, God forbidden, we will have to confront the threat of war and genocide. It is not accidental that Talin people had glorious victory in Artsakh war. You shouldn’t speak about patriotism you must show it with your actions. Patriotism is very closely linked with morality. A person can’t be moral wit his friends and family and immoral in politics. Even in the pre-election campaign for me it is immoral to sow enmity between the friends, who have won the war.
A moral person shouldn’t lie to gain some votes, or to promise that he will pay off the unpaid deposits. No one should be happy for the failings of the others we must live in a healthy, kind atmosphere and in welfare. But unfortunately the evil desires of some candidates have impact on the reality.
