BE ATTENTIVE
Minister of Finance Vardan Khachatryan advised certain candidates to president to be attentive when they speak about budget.
Otherwise numbers have appeared in Russian press that have nothing to do with the reality. It is reported that Armenia’s budget allegedly makes up 14% of the GDP. Nothing of a kind! Because: “The budget of 2007 makes up 22,4% of GDP (income) and 22,7% (expenses).
Vardan Khachatryan said it was in 1996 when Armenia’s budget made up 14,2% of GDP.
