WHAT WAS THE USE OF MISSING A WEIGHT
- Did Vazgen Manoukyan gain anything by refusing to run for the parliamentary elections? Did that increase his chances as a candidate for presidency?

According to KHOSROV HAROUTYUNYAN, “I have asked that question myself and tried to find an answer. Those who were defeated must consider that their chances have essentially decreased. But there were people as well as political factions that didn’t run for the elections. It is similar to a situation when a heavy athlete misses a weight during competitions.
This is how I can estimate the step made by Vazgen Manoukyan. Therefore, only I can predict how much political potentials he has kept in order to run for presidency. However, considering that V. Manoukyan attached no importance to the parliamentary elections, he can’t be a success either.”
