S. GHUKASYAN ARRESTED
Son of the Major of Giumry, Spartak Ghukasyan who has been under investigation beginning from May 24 appeared in the law enforcement agency. S. Ghukasyan was arrested and taken to “Artik” penitentiary.
In the framework of the shooting that took place in the crowded street in Giumry (Teryan Ghukasyan crossroad), the latter is charged, by the 1st, 6th, 7th, point of the 2nd section of 34-104 article of the Criminal Code, by the 1st section of article 235 and 4th section of article 258 (death attempt, with the use of weapons by several people, in public places, jeopardizing the lives of others.)
We should remind you that on July 18 Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan advised Major of Giumry to render his son to law enforcement agencies.
