THE EUROPEAN BETTER THAN A TRUE EUROPEAN

By the decision of “European Movement” organization of Armenia, NA Speaker Tigran Torosyan was recognized as “The Best European of the Year”.
“In the field of multi-lateral international relations, the European integration has no alternative for Armenia. It has no alternative not only because people are better-off and lead a more civilized life in Europe, but also because we belong to the European civilization. This is Armenia’s return home, something that is very important for Armenia, because a country should develop in a way harmonious with its specific character,” said the best European, during the award presentation ceremony.
