ILHAM ALIYEV GETS ANGRY AT TURKEY?
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decided not to participate in the 2nd forum of the Alliance of civilizations to be held in Istanbul on April 6-7.
APA agency mentions that Ankara may perceive it as a sign of protest against the possible opening of the Armenian-Turkish border.
Both Turkish and international press has recently spread news about possible opening of the Armenian-Turkish border.
Wall Street Journal touched upon the theme as well.
