ILHAM ALIYEV ATTACHES IMPORTANCE TO THE MOSCOW DECLARATION
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attaches importance to the declaration signed recently in Moscow between Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia.
"There are hope-giving moments in the settlement of the conflict", mentioned Aliyev during a meeting with the participants of an international round-table under heading "Azerbaijan in the 21st century; the strategy of the success".
He announced that peace could be achieved in the region only after "liberation" of the "Azerbaijani territories". At the same time, Aliyev mentioned, "The issue needs deeper analysis".
