JACK KEVORKIAN TO TAKE PART IN CONGRESS ELECTIONS
Dr. Jack Kevorkian collected enough signatures to take part in the Congress elections in Michigan, which are to be held in November 2008. Head of Oakland Electoral Committee Joe Rosel said that Dr. Kevorkian collected 3200 signatures while 3000 are required.
The 80 years old doctor had stated that he intends to run as an independent candidate for the vacant place of Republican Joe Nolenberg.
Jack Kevorkian, also known as Doctor Death, in 1998 helped an incurable patient to pass away in peace, for which he was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment. Last year he was set free.
