ARMENIA, AZERBAIJAN AND GEORGIA AROUND ONE TABLE IN BERLIN
On the initiative of the German-South-Caucasian Parliamentary Group of the Bundestag a meeting of the MPs with the Ambassadors of the three countries and with Armenian, Georgian and Azerbaijani scholarship winners working in Bundestag took place first time in Berlin on May 9.
As result of exchange of views proposals for carrying out joint programs were accepted.
At present 16 scholarship winners work in Bundestag MPs office.
Henceforth in the framework of International Parliamentary Scholarship Armenia and Azerbaijan will send participants to Germany every year.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Group Steffen Richen underlined that joint intercourse and programs between the scholarship winners should be continuous that will make possible the dialogue for resolution of conflicts and deepening of regional integration in South Caucasus. According to him, the three countries use the Europe Neighborhood Program in different measures to carry out their own economic and political amendments.
