PETER SEMNEBY TO VISIT KARABAKH
EU Special Representative to South Caucasus Peter Semnebey is planning to visit Nagorno Karabakh in the middle of May.
The visit aims at establishing confidence between communities of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
Peter Semnebey acted with the same initiative last summer and expressed willingness to accomplish it in September, but the visit didn't take place for some reasons, "Noyan Tapan" agency reported.

This gentleman is a fine hearted man. The problem is, in his country there are no "Khachkars" or 2000 year old churches built by THEIR OWN forefathers, so they don't have that kind of feelings we do, when in our occupied land of Nakhichevan thousands of our historic monuments get flattened daily, this guy wants to "Establish confidence", it sounds like a comedy show... Anyway, the guy is doing his job before his bosses, who also are unaware of our kind of feelings... But at least the CENTURIES OLD COUNTRY called KARAPAK is beeing mentioned SEPARATELY next to one of the newest countries of recent history, "AZERBAIJAN"......
