THE MEETING TO TAKE COGNITIVE NATURE
Meeting with the Armenian newly appointed Foreign Minister will take a cognitive nature, announced Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. "I gave my consent to that meeting. I think that it will be a cognitive meeting. First, the acquaintance supposes to see how the new leaders of Armenia respond to the settlement of ", said Mammadyarov.
