THE MEETING TO TAKE COGNITIVE NATURE
Meeting with the Armenian newly appointed Foreign Minister will take a cognitive nature, announced Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. "I gave my consent to that meeting. I think that it will be a cognitive meeting. First, the acquaintance supposes to see how the new leaders of Armenia respond to the settlement of ", said Mammadyarov. "Of course, we hope that the Armenian position on the settlement of will be more constructive.
