    How naive,
If the power in Armenia wanted to open up Armenia they would have already done it.
Everyone knows that dual citizenship and the opening up of Armenia will bring it prosperity, democracy and make its dreams come true.
But, have you seen a thief who calls in the observers when they are busy stealing??? No.
Ameneian auhtorities never wanted to open up Armenia and still don't want to do so. It is not in their interest. They are busy plundering Armenia of every and last of its assets. Why should they bring in obervers and people who would and could dare send them to jail.
No. NO. Here is what Robert and Serj think of the diaspora: bunch of romantic idiots who give us money to put in our Swiss accounts. Lets take their money and keep them out.
Maybe time has come that diaspora starts attacking Armenian authorities and shows the whole World that these poeple are just a bunch of second rate thiefs who have turned our country into a banana republic run by criminals and which is a disgrace on the international scene.

Henry you are a strong nationalist.but...you thoughts are so radical.the soviet system did'nt teach our leaders any better regrdless to whom your refering to.one defernce the RK&SS ar'nt ready to sell out the genocide nor are they willing to give up karapagh. other than that indeed they will be much better off by providing an Armanian passport to diasporan armenians for $500 a head. instead of fighting for loans and money from the world bank. are they robbing the country i have some doubts. anyway diasporan's will not have to vote .
and we ar'nt a bunch of naives...
