As long as there are people from Karabagh in the government Armenians shouldn’t worry about the fate of Armenia and Karabagh or any attempts by LTP or some superpowers to change our fate. Maybe some of them are corrupt but these Armenians have a high moral understanding and are very bonded, which hayastansy lost in the past two decades. Unfortunately the majority of LTP supporters are aware in some way of the danger that LTP will hand Karabagh over to Azeri’s, and it’s even painful where there is younger generation involved. But not valuing what we have achieved in the last 20 years, and even worse hating the Artsaghtsi, who played the greatest role in these achievements is a sign of hate. I am not saying that there are no grounds to complain, but spreading hate to each other is a very bad. To look what’s the cause of this hatred is important and must be analyzed in a rational way to come with a healing process. Let’s not forget the absence of law in the nineties where the young people of today grew up with and bad public examples for the children. But coming back to the current tensions at the border, I think it’s a good moment to start to negotiate about the recognition of Karabagh with the EU and US, because we are capable to push the process. There is a danger that US might make an attempt to influence the political situation in a negative way for Karabach using LTP. By starting to negotiate about the recognition may give the west a positive boost for a total recognition of Kosovo, in a way of standing for honesty in the world. That’s why they might tempt to do so. And since the international media is aimed to Armenia the authorities can use this in a positive way. Also shifting the public attention in this way will be good. The west will understand that the current events has nothing to do with lack of total democracy, its still going about independence of Artsagh since the fate of it is holly for Armenians. Since Europe did decide about European referendum in the European parliament recently, despite France and Netherlands rejected it, because it was damn important. And two Karabaghsy at the top of the government there is little chance for LTP to betray the nation.
