TER-PETROSIAN STILL HAS HOPES

In the end Ter-Petrosian reminded that in case he fails the elections and votes are ascribed to Serge Sarkisian, he organizes a mass rally on the Matenadaran "Square. And none of us shall go home until we celebrate our victory," he declared.
