WILL KOSOVO INDEPENDENCE INFLUENCE ON KARABAKH?
"Influence of Kosovo independence on is unpredictable", announced Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis.
Touching upon the issue of settlement the Council of Europe Secretary General mentioned, "Resolution of the Nagorno depends on the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents. OSCE Minsk Group can help, but the settlement of the conflict depends on the two countries' governments and peoples. So, I recommend Azerbaijan and Armenia to continue efforts in that sphere".

Do not forget that Kharabagh also has a President. His role in this issue is of utmost importance! Just as you could not negotiate anything on Kosovo, without the presence of the Kosovar leaders.
So please take note.
