DENO GOLD MINING COMPANY HAS NEW OWNER
On August 10, Dundee Precious Metals Canadian company signed an agreement to take over 80 percent of Deno Gold Mining Company of Armenia established in 2004. According to Regnum news agency, the British Vatrin Investment Company was the sole owner of the Armenian company. Deal price and other details will be reported soon.
Deno Gold is engaged in mining the central mines of Shamkhor and Kapan. Its new owner expressed readiness to invest $10 million for research and fundamental works raising the current production volumes from 300 thousand tones to 1 million.
