BUSH DELEGATION TO ARRIVE IN TBILISI ON MAY 9
Recently, the Georgian mass media informed that on May 9-10 the delegation led by US President George W. Bush will arrive in Tbilisi. Bush will hold a speech for the Georgian people at the Tavisupleba Square. Bush will arrive in Tbilisi from Moscow where he will participate in the arrangements of the 60th anniversary of Victory over the Nazi in the World War II together with the leader of dozens of other countries. Mikheil Saakashvili was to leave for Moscow, too. But the visit of Bush to Tbilisi made changes in his schedule. James Backer, former US State Secretary, was the first high ranked US official who visited the South Caucasus after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Unlike him, Bush will not arrive in Yerevan and Baku.
